Meet Jacqueline

I’m a Certified Executive Coach and Executive Positioning Advisor who helps accomplished women articulate, communicate and position their value so they can advance their careers and lead with greater influence, authority and impact.

After more than 30 years in leadership, including as a C-suite executive and communications specialist and a decade in executive search, I’ve seen first hand that capability is rarely what holds accomplished women back.

More often, it’s second-guessing themselves, underestimating their value or looking outside themselves for validation.

I help you get clear on the value you bring, trust your own judgment and become more intentional about how you position yourself — so you can lead with greater conviction and ensure others recognize your full value.
